RecipeThief – Terms of Service

Welcome to RecipeThief ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using RecipeThief, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use RecipeThief. If you are under 18, you confirm you have consent from a parent or guardian.
2. Accounts
- You may be required to create an account or sign in with a third-party service (e.g., Google Sign-In) to use certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- RecipeThief is offered as a subscription service. A valid payment method is required at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Free trials, if offered, convert automatically into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.
4. Use of the App
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the App.
5. Content
- RecipeThief may allow you to import, upload, or store recipes and related content. You retain ownership of your content but grant us the right to store and process it solely for providing the service.
- You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, or harmful.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to RecipeThief are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
- RecipeThief is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Nutritional information, recipe details, or health-related suggestions provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional dietary or medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use RecipeThief, including data loss, device issues, or third-party services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to RecipeThief at any time if you violate these Terms or for other reasons, including compliance with legal obligations.
10. Governing Law
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
